Extra travelling expenses may apply in addition depending on the locality of the venue.

Booking Agreement & Invoice: A formal agency booking agreement and pro-forma invoice will be posted to the booking client for signing and returning. There would be an agency booking deposit of £100 to be paid in advance. The rest of the balance needs to be paid to the artistes on the booking evening in cash. The agency booking deposit can be paid by credit/debit card or cheque.
Cancellation Terms: If the booking is cancelled by the client, the agency booking deposit is forfeited and non-refundable (the booking deposit will be refunded if the Xanadu Entertainment Agency has to cancel the booking). In addition, if the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks before the booking date, there would be a cancellation fee of £150.
Requirements: The Entertainers will need a separate secure changing room, a non-slip performance area/stage, a venue sound system and venue security. Please note that public venues require special adult licences to host ‘adult related shows’. These licensees need to be applied for at the booking client’s local county council (a temporary license maybe applied for).
