6 Week Beginner Course - £160.00 (1hr 30min for four weeks) This course is designed specifically for the more inquisitive person that hasn't touched upon pole or lap dancing before, or who has had very little tuition. Each session will start with a warm up and end with a warm down. 6 Week Intermediate Course - £160.00 (1hr 30min for four weeks) This course is designed for the individual that has had tuition in pole and lap dance and is confident they are capable of moving up a level and learn more challenging tricks on the pole and perfect their lap dance. Each session will start with a warm up and end with a warm down. Beginners Taster Session - £30 Want to enrol on the beginners course but are not sure if it’s what you are looking for? Drop in to one of our taster sessions held on the first day of each 6 week beginners course and see if the class is what you are looking for. Intermediate Taster Session - £30 Want to enrol on the intermediate course but are not sure if it’s what you are looking for? Drop in to one of our taster sessions held on the first day of each 6 week intermediate course and see if the class is what you are looking for. Beginner One to One Sessions - £90.00 p/h This session is designed for the individual that wishes to learn the art of pole and lap dance quickly and consists of one hour intensive training between the instructor and student. This session is highly recommendable as the instructor has more time to concentrate on the individual needs of the student. Each session will start with a warm up and end with a warm down. These sessions are available on Saturday between 10:00am and 12:00pm or 3:00pm and 5:00pm Intermediate one to one session - £90.00 p/h This session is designed for the individual that has had tuition in pole and lap dance and is confident they are capable of moving up a level and learn more challenging tricks on the pole. This will consists of one hour intensive training between the instructor and student. This session is highly recommendable as the instructor has more time to concentrate on the individual needs of the student. Each session will start with a warm up and end with a warm down. These sessions are available on Saturday between 10:00am and 6pm Hire the poles for an hour - £50.00 p/h Ever wanted a place to practice your skills but getting a pole fitted at home just wont fit in with the décor? One can now hire the poles out so you can practice away until your hearts content! This session does not include an instructor. These sessions are available on Saturday between 10:00am and 12:00pm or 3:00pm and 5:00pm Hen/ birthday/ girlie package - £30 per person min of 8 people (2hrs) The session consists of the following sections:
- Warm up
- The stage and pole
- Lap dance
- Final stage performance and certificate presentation
- Warm down
We’ll start off with an energising warm up to loosen up those muscles then on to the fun! In the stage and pole section, you will be taught ways on how to build your confidence on stage, deportment and posture, body language. You’ll become a whiz on the pole performing eye-catching tricks and sexy moves.In the lap dance section, you will be taught tantalising moves and grooves along with the etiquette of seduction. By the end of the course you will feel confident enough to take the moves home with you to impress your partner and even spice up your bedroom life! At the end of the session, each participant will perform their own routine on stage, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all participants will receive a certificate of commendation. Last but not least finishing off with a relaxing warm down. What to wear You should wear something that you can move and feel comfortable in. Polecatz recommend shorts/hot pants and a vest top, if you are daring you can even bring along a sexy dress. (It is important to have bare arms and legs in order to get a good grip of the pole). Remember to bring your high heel shoes or boots to get a real feel of the day. Although they provide a variety of music, please feel free to bring along any CD’s that you may like to listen to during the session. Price £30.00 per participant (There must be a minimum of 8 participants to book this session. ) These sessions are available on Saturdays How to book?
