Hen/ birthday Pole Parties - £30 per person (2hrs)
The Pole Party consists of the following sections:
- · Warm up
- · The stage and pole
- · Lap dance
- · Final stage performance and certificate presentation
- · Warm down
We’ll start off with an energising warm up to loosen up those muscles then on to the fun!
In the stage and pole section, you will be taught ways on how to build your confidence on stage, deportment and posture, body language. You’ll become a whiz on the pole performing eye-catching tricks and sexy moves.In the lap dance section, you will be taught tantalising moves and grooves along with the etiquette of seduction. By the end of the course you will feel confident enough to take the moves home with you to impress your partner and even spice up your bedroom life! At the end of the session, each participant will perform their own routine on stage, showing off all the sassy tricks learnt and all participants will receive a certificate of commendation.
Last but not least finishing off with a relaxing warm down.
What to wear You should wear something that you can move and feel comfortable in. We recommend shorts/hot pants and a vest top, if you are daring you can even bring along a sexy dress. (It is important to have bare arms and legs in order to get a good grip of the pole). Remember to bring your high heel shoes or boots to get a real feel of the day.
Although they provide a variety of music, please feel free to bring along any CD’s that you may like to listen to during the session.
Price
£30.00 per participant (There is NO MINIMUM number of participants but there is a minimum cost of £210 or seven participants by calculation).
These parties are available on Saturdays. The party session/lesson lasts 2 hours.
The Booking times are usually: 12-2pm; 2pm-4pm; 4pm-6pm.

Beginner One to One Sessions - £90.00 p/h -ONLY IN LONDON
This session is designed for the individual that wishes to learn the art of pole and lap dance quickly and consists of one hour intensive training between the instructor and student. This session is highly recommendable as the instructor has more time to concentrate on the individual needs of the student. Each session will start with a warm up and end with a warm down.
These sessions are available on Saturday between 10:00am and 12:00pm or 3:00pm and 5:00pm
Intermediate one to one session - £90.00 p/h- ONLY IN LONDON
This session is designed for the individual that has had tuition in pole and lap dance and is confident they are capable of moving up a level and learn more challenging tricks on the pole. This will consists of one hour intensive training between the instructor and student. This session is highly recommendable as the instructor has more time to concentrate on the individual needs of the student. Each session will start with a warm up and end with a warm down.
These sessions are available on Saturday between 10:00am and 6pm
Hire the poles for an hour - £50.00 p/h
Ever wanted a place to practice your skills but getting a pole fitted at home just wont fit in with the décor? One can now hire the poles out so you can practice away until your hearts content! This session does not include an instructor.

Cheerleading party session details:
A Cheerleading party is a great way to kick off any celebration, be it a birthday, graduation, reunion, welcome or leaving party. Head down to one of our venues for a bit of pom pom shaking & lots of laughs.
The main aim of our cheerleading Company Parties is to have fun and do something a bit different, giving you an experience you’ll be laughing about long after the day. We offer pom pom routines, tailor made cheers on what ever subject you like such as the birthday/ hen girl's name, plus funky dance routines. Even those with two left feet you’ll have a great time.
We offer a unique party package to guarantee that you have a fantastic time!

What to wear
We suggest wearing something that will allow you to move freely in such as shorts and a vest. Of course, you are also welcome to get dressed up! Trainers are recommended for the dance routines.

Burlesque party session details:
This party isn’t for the faint hearted! During your party we will lead you through the essentials of fun, flirty Burlesque. You will learn different aspects of Burlesque dancing from walks, poses and sensual movement to chair work, using props such as boas and chairs and classic striptease [no nudity!].
By the end of your session you'll be dancing a whole Burlesque routine and feeling like a true Femme Fatale!
The classes are taught in a fun, friendly environment where you're free to let go of inhibitions and celebrate your femininity!

HEALTH & SAFETY & INSURANCE:
All the represented instructors are fully insured. A copy of the insurance certificate and risk assessments can be provided. The instructors are fully trained in health and safety procedures, both for using the pole and conducting pole dance classes.

A booking agreement will be posted/emailed to you along with an invoice. The booking agreement will need to be signed and returned along with upfront total fee payment.
