Advertising Terms of Service All Advertisements for advertising on the http://www.xanadu-agency.co.uk website will be accepted only on the express condition that the advertisement does not in any way contravene the provisions of the Trade Descriptions Act 1968. All material that is submitted to Xanadu Enterprise is subject to first hand scrutiny and we reserve the right to reject any material that is deemed to be at odds with our company or is illegal within the laws of UK & EU. The payment of advertising as purchased is non-refundable. When material is submitted to Xanadu Entertainment Agency (Xanadu Enterprise) in the form of text and photos, we shall be granted the licence to publish the material via the website (http://www.xanadu-agency.co.uk) in accordance with the stated wishes of the advertiser. You as the advertiser declare that your photos, banners, logos supplied are your own sole copyright. Xanadu Enterprise shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising whether in negligence or otherwise from the advert published on the http://www.xanadu-agency.co.uk website. Force Majeure: Xanadu Entertainment Agency (Xanadu Enterprise) cannot be found liable for any instance including natural forces of wind, electrical failure, disconnection, earth quakes, personal actions or any other actions and forces beyond Xanadu Enterprise control. The advertiser can change their advert at anytime but will need to contact Xanadu Enterprise before any editing, amendment or updating can occur. As an independent entertainer advertiser no agency representation shall take place between the client and independent advertiser entertainer’ and therefore no agency commission will be present whatsoever. The advertiser is entitled to a full refund within two weeks of the payment being processed and of the advert(s) being created live on the Xanadu Entertainment Agency website- http://www.xanadu-agency.co.uk. Thereafter (beyond two weeks of the payment being processed and the advert(s) being created and live, the client will not be entitled to a refund. |
